Warren Soltis, CISSP
Principal
Warren Soltis has 30+ years of IT and business experience. His expertise is in information technology, telecommunications, applications, e-commerce, and security. A self-starter, Warren has an international, manufacturing environment background with the ability to simply communicate complex concepts. He specializes in improving business processes, utilizing technology to create effective solutions, competitive advantages, and team building. Before founding Soltis Associates, Warren was Executive VP of Information Services at Identity Group for 20+ years. He has also worked for Pelikan, Inc. and Allegheny International/Sunbeam-Oster. Warren is originally from Pittsburgh, PA, and received his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Pittsburgh.
Steve “Julian” Varon
IT Consultant
Steve is from Saba, a Caribbean island in the Lesser Antilles chain. Saba a special municipality of the Netherlands. Measuring just 13 square kilometers. He received his bachelors degree in Information Technology from Lipscomb University in 2024.
Julian has overcome a incredible plethora of obstacles to enble him to successfully transition from a small island educational system to study & graduate college in the United States.
